Can I live at Sycamore Country Park?

Sycamore Country Park is a holiday park and the licence only allows for holiday use. This means that residential use is not permitted.

When does the park open?

The caravans are open from 15th March, until 30th November. The leisure lodges until 15th January.

Do you have tent and touring facilities?

We only have space for our own caravans and lodges so are unable to accommodate tents or touring caravans. The local tourist information office would be happy to put you in touch with nearby sites which offer these facilities.

Is there security on the park?

Yes - the owners live on-site.

How long can my holiday home remain at Sycamore?

Any new caravan has a lease of 15 years. After that time leases may be renewed on an annual basis providing our terms regarding upkeep have been met.

Are dogs allowed on the park?

Yes - providing that they are on a lead.

Do you permit sub-letting?

No, we do not - usage is limited to family and friends only.

Can we bring our own caravan onto your park?

Unfortunately we have limited space and this is taken up with our own caravans and lodges so we are unable to accommodate other caravans.

Do you have a club, shop or playground?

At Sycamore Park we concentrate on providing a peaceful and tranquil environment and so do not have these facilities on our park but they are easily located within 5 minutes drive.

Is the caravan park affected by flooding

We are located 1200ft above sea level and on top of a hill. There is no danger of flooding - buy with confidence and lower insurance premiums!
